Summit Pain Management is ready to enhance and complement your medical practice. We are a proven pain medicine partner that specializes in diagnosing and treating most pain conditions including orthopedic, spine, neuropathic and cancer-related pain. In general, we are unable to accept referrals for patients with migraines, fibromyalgia or for basic pain medication management. Please note, patients will not receive any treatments or prescription(s) until we have completed our full evaluation and have accepted the patient for treatment. We will work closely with you and your patients to evaluate and diagnose their pain conditions and then develop their treatment plans. After your patients’ pain conditions are treated and stable, we are always available for further consultation when needed. Our goal is to provide exceptional and compassionate care to alleviate your patients’ pain and improve their quality of life.

• Comprehensive pain management consultations, including acute and chronic pain and postsurgical pain
• Injections only
• “Fast Track” injection referrals
