Summit Pain Management is conveniently located in the central Salt Lake Valley, just off the I-15 freeway. To find our office, follow these simple instructions:

From I-15, take the 5300 South exit

Drive East on 5300 South to the first traffic light, then turn North on 320 West

Drive North on 320 West until you reach the Atrium Building (5250 South)

Free parking is available just East of the Atrium building

Handicapped parking and access are readily available

Enter the East doors of the building and take the elevator or stairs to the third floor
