About Summit Pain Management

Summit Pain Management is a medical consultation clinic dedicated to alleviating chronic pain, including complex orthopedic, spinal, neuropathic, and cancer-related pain. At Summit Pain Management, every patient receives a personalized evaluation and an individualized, balanced treatment plan designed to select the optimal combination of injections, medications, physical rehabilitation, psychological evaluation, and advanced implantable therapies. Our mission is to focus the most advanced medical practices and techniques on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain, so our patients can live more fulfilling, meaningful, and productive lives.

To achieve this mission, Summit Pain Management has assembled a talented team of pain medicine specialists that includes experienced pain medicine physicians and a skilled and compassionate staff. The Summit Pain Management team is led by Medical Director Stephen Lordon, MD. Dr. Lordon has dedicated his career to advanced pain medicine treatment since 1993. He carries two board certifications from the American Board of Anesthesiology in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. With his years of experience at The University of Utah Health Sciences Center Pain Clinic and St. Mark’s Hospital Pain Clinic, Dr. Lordon provides Summit Pain Management patients a rich and extensive background in the care of patients with pain.

Summit Pain Management is located in Murray, Utah, approximately 15 minutes south of downtown Salt Lake City. The clinic accepts most insurance plans.
